These Terms & Conditions govern your use of reveel.com.au and any order placed with REVEEL PTY LTD (ABN 87 682 033 996), Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia ("REVEEL", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our card builder, you agree to these terms.
REVEEL produces custom-printed playing cards, designed by you using our online card builder, from photos you upload. Each deck is made to order.
Prices are shown in your local currency (Australian, British, US, or New Zealand dollars, depending on your region) and include any tax applicable in your region. The price shown at checkout is calculated by our system based on the number of decks and box style you select, and is the final price charged — we do not add hidden fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; REVEEL never sees or stores your card details. Shipping within Australia is currently complimentary as a limited-time promotion, not a permanent part of the price — we'll clearly show shipping as its own line item if and when that changes; shipping to other regions is charged as shown at checkout.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You're responsible for reviewing your design in the builder before ordering — because every deck is custom-printed for you, please check names, spelling, cropping and photo placement carefully before checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days from your order date for production, printing, and delivery via Australia Post (or the equivalent postal/courier service for international orders). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, and — for international orders — customs processing).
Because each deck is produced specifically for you, we're unable to accept cancellations or design changes once an order has entered production. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase and we'll do our best to help before production begins.
If you're an Australian customer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that can't be excluded — including that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description. Customers in other regions are entitled to equivalent statutory consumer protections under their own local law. The REVEEL name, logo, website, and card builder are our property (or used under licence) and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, REVEEL's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
