Every REVEEL deck is custom-printed to your own design, so this policy works a little differently to off-the-shelf products.
Because your cards are made specifically to your design, we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production has started. Please review your deck carefully in the builder before checking out.
If you're an Australian customer, this policy doesn't limit or replace the consumer guarantees you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. If you're ordering from another region, you have equivalent statutory protections under your own local consumer law. Regardless of anything else in this policy, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your order: arrives faulty or damaged, is significantly different from what you designed and ordered, or doesn't arrive at all.
Contact us at cards@reveel.au within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue if the cards arrived damaged or with a printing fault. We'll sort out a reprint or refund — whichever is the better fix — as quickly as we can.
If tracking shows your order as lost in transit, or it's significantly overdue, let us know and we'll follow it up with our courier and arrange a reprint or refund if it can't be located.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
